I found the staff quite helpful, especially Jake at reception upon arrival. The housekeeping team left a nice note in my room, wishing me a good stay. The location proves convenient, because I could easily reach the local pub and an Indian restaurant. I also liked that I could return to the comfortable hotel after dining out.

Breakfast felt a little rushed due to the early timing. I wish it could have been a bit later.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Jake, the receptionist, was particularly helpful upon my arrival. The housekeeping staff added a nice personal touch. They left a cute note in the room. The team answered all my questions politely.

the location are convenient, it was near places i wanted to see. i appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, they did a good job keeping things tidy.

the breakfast times felt a bit early. having to be up and ready by 8:30am felt rushed. the service felt slow to me. it took a good while to get coffee.
